Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit card payment, which is powered by Secure Hosting.
Shipping And Handling We only ship to the United Kingdom. Charges are as follows:

For Orders being shipped to England, Scotland and Wales, charges are as follows:
  • £10.00 for orders under £200
  • Carriage Paid for orders over £200

For orders being shipped to Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands, charges are as follows:
  • £20.00 for orders under £200
  • Carriage Paid for orders over £200
Delivery Schedule We endeavor to dispatch the same day all credit card orders we receive before 3PM. All credit card orders we receive after 3PM will be despatched the next working day. This applies on orders received Monday - Friday.

Should you choose the 'pay by cheque' option, we despatch the goods once your cheque has been cleared.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.
Credit Card Security All credit cards are processed by Secure Hosting who use industry standard 128 bit SSL encryption with Thawte digital certificates. When you enter your order form hosted on our secure server your browser will automatically inform you that encryption is being used. Furthermore, all data stored on the secure server is encrypted again and protected by a firewall, the specification of which has been recognised by the major banks.

Returns Policy Goods correctly supplied by the Company may not be returned for credit unless written agreement is obtained from the Company prior to goods being returned.

If agreed that the goods can be returned to ITS Fire Protection, a handling fee of 20% or £15 ( whichever is the greater) will be levied. The customer will be liable for carriage charges for goods being returned to ITS Fire Protecton.
